Zombies is the mode that players have the least amount of information on right now. People have been the most dedicated to that entry in the franchise for a really long time, so it's nice those players get a reward for that. For the people who are playing Warzone right now, some of the data is going to transfer over, giving you an incentive to get into the game right now. People who have thought the series was too repetitive are going to experience a breath of fresh air in the series. Call of duty's Warzone mode has made the series very successful with people who have long since left the series. There is also the Battle Royal portion that has gotten really popular is the past year. Activision is also going to add more maps months after the game releases. The map design from the trailers is look quite dynamic so far, but there going to be more information to come. With most of the COD games, they base maps on what the player has seen in the campaign because they usually already vary a lot, and offer changes in scenery. It allows the players to serve a specific role so that they're able to win. The faster-paced multiplayer is also easy enough to jump into and have fun with.Call of Duty has always focused on bringing you maps that give access to multiple different playstyles for a team.

The campaign is fulfilling, albeit short.

While my frustration and bitterness towards the multiplayer remains stubbornly rigid in this most recent Call of Duty outing, it simply isn’t enough to impede my adulation for the campaign.Ĭall of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is a good game that should be easier to stomach for franchise veterans than Modern Warfare.
